Backyard weddings have a special place in my heart. The fact that all your loved ones can witness so closely the vows exchanged, and share more intimately in the little moments is a thing to treasure!  Oscar and Alicia's City Beach back yard wedding was no exception, and you would have struggled to find a dry eye in the place as they sealed their love forever (with a little help from their ridiculously cute ring bearer Marmaduke)!! The thing about these two, is that they adore each other! Not in a loud and showy way, but in a deep and real way.  They are just the right amount of sweet and sour (kinda like a good cider) to achieve the perfect balance, and they have a ripper group of family and friends to do life with! This wedding oozed style and class and a whole heap of personality from beginning to end! The ceremony took place in the gorgeous Santa Maria College Chapel followed by a gallavant through the streets of Fremantle accompanied by the cutest little fur baby ever and a killer bridal party!  Then on to a lavish reception at the stunning Ambrose Estate in Wembley!  Any night that ends with the bride and groom being bounced around on chairs above a crowded dance floor is officially a good night! Oh the fun we had, galavanting through Perth city on Saturday afternoon with this awesome bunch of bridal party goodness!!! The aim of the game was to visit as many of the bride and grooms favourite hang outs as possible, which made for a crazy fun and frenzied hour (including the obligatory pause for a killer cocktail)!! John and Alyce, your wedding celebration was everything a great wedding should be, and I'm so grateful to have been a part of it xxx

The Mallard Duck Wedding of Breeanna and Nathan

I first met this couple in a photo booth at another wedding, and the chemistry was tangible!  So it was no surprise that sparks were flying during their intimate vineyard 'First Look'.  But what struck me even more than that, was the incredible sweetness and kindness that flowed between these two young souls.  As they read their letters of love to each other, and later as they exchanged their vows (at the always beautiful Mallard Duck), it was plain for all the world to see that they TRULY cherished each other!! N&B I wish you every good thing in the years of marriage adventure ahead of you xxx

SNEAK PEAK - Sarah and Luke's Tumbulgum Park Outback Wedding

Yesterday I go to witness two of my dear friends say yes to forever together!  With storms threatening all week, the weather was so kind to us as we jumped on a ute and explored the amazing grounds at Tumbulgum Park.  There were many crazy moments with the hilarious bridal party,  but the gentleness and joy of these final shots before the sun set make them my favourites!  Oh yes, a white horse just happened to wander over :-) could it get any better!!

This wedding was brimming with life and love from beginning to end!  I love this couples choices of venue.  The romantic terraced gardens and grand arches of UWA provided the perfect backdrop for romance and ceremony, and the rustic charm of Chapel Farm set the scene for fun and laughter!  K&M thank you for the privilege of being a part of making these memories xxx
